随着建筑工程行业的发展和规范,工程造价在工程项目全寿命周期中的应用越来越广泛,工程参与的各方也在不断加大管理力度,改进和完善管理方法,力求在工程的全寿命周期中有效的降低成本,增加工程利润。本文分别对工程项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、运营与维护阶段这四个大的阶段的成本控制管理进行分析和探讨,系统全面的阐述工程项目成本管理在项目全周期的运用,使得工程项目能够达到对资源的合理利用并取得最大化的经济效益。

With the development and standardization of construction industry,project cost is more and more widely applied in the whole life cycle of project.All parties involved in the project are also constantly increasing management efforts,improving and perfecting management methods,to effectively reduce costs and increase project profits in life-cycle.This article respectively analyzes and discusses the cost control and management of the four major stages of project,including decision-making phase,design phase,construction phase,operation and maintenance phase,and systematically expounds the application of project cost management in the whole project cycle so as to achieve the rational use of resources and maximize the economic benefits.
