摘要
在新经济下,保持甚至发展价值链上的分工成为经济发展的必然要求。通过构造企业之间超市场契约来实现的价值链协调,是伴随着超分工组合这种显著提高生产效率和显著增加客户价值的方式进行的。本文选取一家生产者服务性企业进行调研,试图剖析生产线服务业企业如何实现产业价值链提升。主要观点:(1)铝板经销商通过执行超市场契约,运用跨企业管理的形式向客户提供非标准产品,推动了制造商的升级改造,提高价值链上企业间的交易效率。(2)该铝板经销商对合作制造商进行跨界管理,从人力资源,生产管理,物流管理到施工现场,进一步提高了制造商的管理水平。(3)该铝板经销商为了更好的实施"现场之人"决策,对制造商拥有跨界人事管理权,是跨界人力资源管理的创新,更是从根本上保障了施工质量。
In the new economy,maintaining or even developing the division of labor in the value chain has become an inevitable requirement for economic development.Coordination of value chains through the construction of hypermarket contracts between enterprises is accompanied by a combination of hyper-division of labor,which significantly increases productivity and significantly increases customer value.This article chooses a producer service enterprise to carry on the research,tries to analyze how the production line service enterprise realize the industry value chain promotion.Main points of view:淤The aluminum distributor,through the implementation of the hypermarket contract,provides non-standard products to customers in the form of cross-enterprise management,promotes the upgrading of manufacturers and improves the transaction efficiency among enterprises in the value chain.①The aluminum distributor carries out cross-border management of cooperative manufacturers,which further improves the management level of manufacturers from human resources,production management and logistics management to the construction site.②The aluminum dealers,in order to better implement"people on the spot"decision-making,have the right to manage cross-border personnel for manufacturers and innovate in cross-border human resources management,and even more fundamentally guarantee construction quality.
