摘要
高校后勤服务的质量和水平直接影响到高校的发展与安全稳定。随着高等教育的快速发展和国家推进"双一流"高校建设,后勤保障服务的低水平、低效率、滞后性已经成为部分高校进一步发展的瓶颈。为了提升后勤服务的质量和水平,本文在满意度测评模型的基础上,通过对调查问卷结果的深入分析,提出了该高校具有针对性的后勤满意度提升的途径和策略。
The quality and level of logistics service in colleges and universities directly affect the development,safety and stability of colleges and universities.With the rapid development of higher education and the promotion of"double first-rate"colleges and universities in China,the low level,low efficiency and backwardness of logistic support services have become the bottlenecks in the further development of some colleges and universities.In order to improve the quality and level of logistics service,this paper,based on the satisfaction evaluation model,analyzes the results of the questionnaire and puts forward the ways and tactics of the university to improve logistics satisfaction.
