伊犁河流域节水灌溉的思考

Thoughts on Water-saving Irrigation in Yili River Basin

伊犁河位于东经74°~85°、北纬42°~47°之间,河流由东南流向西北。是亚洲中部的一条内陆河,又是中国和哈萨克斯坦的国际河流。集水区内山地面积占68%是其径流十分丰富的重要原因,但是随着灌区的骨干工程因工程年久失修,以及关键性流域的生态退化现象严重,其沙漠化、土壤次生盐碱化以及土地退化等生态问题频发发生。因此,节水型社会建设变得迫在眉睫。

The Yili River lies between74°~85°East longitude and42°~47°North latitude.The river flows from the southeast to the northwest.It is an inland river in central Asia and an international river in China and Kazakhstan.68%of the catchment area is an important reason for the extremely rich runoff.However,as the key construction projects in the irrigation area become disrepair and the ecological degradation in key watersheds is serious,ecological problems such as desertification,soil secondary salinization and land degradation occur frequently.Therefore,building a water-saving society has become imminent.
