新型模式下的高职会计专业人才培养研究

Research on Talents Training of Accounting Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on "Combination of Teaching, Learning and Doing" Mode

高职院校会计专业的"教学做合一"模式是一种新型的教学模式,该模式是面向基层、面向实践和服务第一线的职业岗位而采取的教学形式。文章依托"教学做合一"模式,分析当前高职会计专业人才培养中存在的问题,并对在该模式下如何进行高职会计专业人才培养提出一些拙见。

The combination of teaching,learning and doing is a new teaching mode of accounting major in higher vocational colleges.This mode is the teaching form which is geared to the basic level,facing practice and serving the first line of professional positions.Based on the integrated teaching mode,this paper analyzes the present higher vocational accounting professional talent training,and puts forward some humble suggestions on how to train the accounting professionals in higher vocational colleges.
