本文简单分析了建筑工程造价超预算产生原因,针对建筑工程造价超预算现象的控制对策展开了深入的研究分析,结合本次研究,发表了一些自己的建议看法,希望可以对建筑工程项目造价预算起到一定的参考和帮助,提高建筑工程项目造价控制有效性,减少超预算情况发生可能,将工程项目的预算超出额度控制在最低水平,使工程项目建设经济效益得到保证,为我国建筑行业的发展进步打下良好的基础。

This paper simply analyzes the causes of construction project cost over budget,and carries out in-depth research and analysis on the control measures of the phenomenon of construction project cost over budget,combined with this study.Some suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide some reference and help to the cost budget of construction project,to improve the effectiveness of cost control of construction project,to reduce the possibility of over budget,and to control the budget of the project to the lowest level in order to ensure the economic benefit of the project construction and lay a good foundation for the development and progress of the construction industry in China.
