摘要
新兴职位无论在工作内容还是工作方式还是最终的薪酬给予方面都不同于传统职位,有着日新月异信息时代下的特殊性。本文以业务数据分析师为例,采用科学的方法分析其职位特征,设计符合其职位特征的薪酬要素,使得员工的付出与回报相匹配。
