高职实训室开放管理系统的研究与设计

Research and Design of Open Management System of Training Room in Vocational College

本文分析了高职院校实训室开放的现状,提出了开放实训室管理系统的设计,该系统包括预约管理、门禁考勤管理、视频监控管理及实训室耗材管理等功能设计。实践证明,采用信息化的手段对实训室进行开放管理,可以提高实训室的使用效率及信息化管理水平。

This paper analyzes the present situation of open training rooms in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the design of open laboratory management system,which includes function design of appointment management,access control management,video surveillance management and training room supplies management.Practice shows that the open management of the training room by means of information can improve the use efficiency of the training room and the level of information management.
