摘要
竖井作为城市地铁施工过程中较为常见的辅助性结构,近年来在地铁施工中得到广泛应用。本文以哈尔滨地铁三号线湘会区间2号竖井横通道马头门为例,对施工过程中变形实测数据进行数据分析。分析结果表明:当横通道开挖时,应力集中于马头门拱顶位置,此时拱顶位置的变形沉降要明显大于两帮位置。采取小导管注浆、大管棚支护以及及时施作洞内横支撑等措施可以有效的减少周边变形。浅埋地下基础受到地下水的影响较大,在地下水密集区域施工需要做到及时排水,合理控制排水速率,早封闭。
Shaft is the relatively common supporting structure in urban subway construction process,what is widely used in subway construction in recent years.This article takes Harbin metro line3Xiangjiang Road station to COEX station ingate project of Harbin metro line3as an example to analyze related measured data.Construction experience and monitoring analysis show that:When the transverse channel is excavated,the stress is concentrated in the top of the ingate arch crown,and the deformation settlement of the vault position is obviously greater than that of the two positions.Because of using big pipe shed;ductile grouting support methods and steel transverse bracing can effectively reduce the surrounding deformation.The shallow underground foundation is greatly affected by the groundwater.In the intensive area of groundwater,it is necessary to discharge the drainage in time and control the drainage rate rationally.
