气水分离装置在老石旦煤矿的应用与实践

摘要 针对老石旦煤矿031601运输顺槽北翼段打瓦斯抽放钻孔期间瓦斯涌出比较大的实际情况,研制出一种施工瓦斯抽放钻孔期间的气水分离装置,并阐述了施工瓦斯抽放钻孔期间的气水分离装置的工作原理和使用注意事项,在老石旦煤矿031601运输顺槽北翼段进行了试验应用,收到了良好的使用效果,提高了瓦斯抽放效率,保障了工作面施工瓦斯抽放钻孔期间的安全生产。 In view of the actual situation of large gas emission during the gas drainage drilling of the north wing section of Laoshidan Coal Mine031601transportation trough,a gas-water separation device during gas drainage drilling was developed.The working principle and precautions of gas-water separation device during construction gas drainage drilling were expounded and the device was tested and applied in the north wing section of Laoshidan Coal Mine031601transportation trough,good effect had been received and the gas drainage efficiency was improved,and the safety of work face for gas drainage drilling was ensured.
