大类招生模式下的宿舍育人初探——以北京联合大学管理学院为例

Preliminary Study on Dormitory Education under the General Enrollment:Take School of Management, Beijing Union University as an Example

北京联合大学管理学院自2010年起实行大类招生。在新的招生模式下,如何利用学生宿舍这一阵地进行思想政治教育、宿舍育人及学生管理,无疑对我们学生辅导员提出了新的挑战。本文从宿舍育人的几种路径、管理学院宿舍育人的现阶段实践形式,以北京联合大学管理学院为例,对大类招生模式下的宿舍育人进行了初步的探索。

The School of Management,Beijing Union University implemented general enrollment since2010.Under the new enrollment mode,how to make use of the dormitory to carry out ideological and political education,dormitory education and student management undoubtedly poses new challenges to student counselors.From several ways of dormitory education and the practice forms of dormitory education of School of Management,this paper takes School of Management,Beijing Union University as an example,makes a preliminary study on dormotory education under the general enrollment.
