关于高校实验教学中心建设的研究

Research on the Construction of Experimental Teaching Center in Colleges and Universities

高校实验教学中心是推动我国高等教育从过去的数量扩展向质量变化的重要举措;本文通过对高校实验教学中心建设中存在主要问题的分析,提出了加强高校实验教学中心建设的若干措施,主要是完善实验中心管理的长效机制、培养并稳定高水平的实验技术队伍、加强综合设计性实验的内涵建设,建立完善的绩效考核方案,以此解决实验中心建设中的各类问题,促进实验中心的持续健康的发展。

The experiment teaching center in colleges and universities is an important measure to push the higher education of China from quantity expansion to quality change.Based on the analysis of the main problems in the construction of the experiment teaching center in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen the construction of the experiment teaching center in colleges and universities,including improving the long-term mechanism of experimental center management,training and stabilizing highlevel experimental team,strengthening the connotation of comprehensive design experiment,establishing and improving the performance appraisal program,in order to solve various problems in the construction of experimental center,and promote the sustained and healthy development of the experimental center.
