城市性大型活动静态交通组织方法研究

Research on Static Traffic Organization Method of City Large Events

随着经济的发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,为丰富人民群众的精神文化生活,越来越多的大型活动陆续在各城市中举办,由此产生的短时集中的出行需求给场馆周边的道路交通带来了巨大压力,导致城市局部道路交通拥堵和停车秩序混乱等一系列问题。本文结合城市性大型活动的交通流特征,重点研究了大型活动举办期间的停车管理与组织方法,可以有效缓解由于停车需求过大导致的停车秩序混乱,减少对道路交通的不利影响,为城市性大型活动地顺利进行提供交通保障。

With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,more and more large-scale activities are held in cities and towns to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the people.The short-term concentrated travel demand generated by this means puts tremendous pressure on the roads surrounding the venues,leading to traffic congestion and parking disorder and a series of other issues.Combining with the traffic flow characteristics of large-scale urban activities,this paper focuses on the parking management and organization method during the large-scale activities,which can effectively alleviate the disorder of parking order due to excessive parking demand and reduce the adverse impact on road traffic,to provide smooth transportation security for large-scale activities.
