Research on the Cultivation Mode of Skilled Talents in Local Universities

人才培养涉及到很多方面的因素,本文主要以培养高质量技能型人才为依托,从提高职业教育的"双师"水平、革新地方本科院校技能型人才培养的实践教学、开放技能型人才培训平台、完善人才评价机制等方面入手,为地方本科院校技能型人才培养的实践改革提供理论参考,以培养出更多高素质的技能型人才,加快我国现代化建设的步伐。

Talents training involves many factors. Based on the training of high-quality skilled personnel, this paper tries to improvevocational education's "double-teacher" level, reform the practice teaching of skilled talents training in local colleges and universities, openskilled talent training platform and perfect the talent evaluation mechanism. It will provide a theoretical reference for the practical reform ofskilled talents cultivation in local colleges and universities in order to cultivate more high-quality skilled personnel and speed up the paceof China's modernization.
