摘要
本文利用北京大学教育经济研究所于2003年、2005年、2007年、2009年、2011年、2013年、2015年和2017年进行的八次全国高校毕业生的抽样调查数据,对毕业生的就业状况和求职状况进行了趋势分析,归纳了我国高校扩招以来毕业生的十二大就业特点和变化趋势,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Based on national scale graduate survey data sets conducted in 2003, 2005,2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017 by the Institute of Economics of Education of Peking University, this paper gives a statistical comparative analysis on employment results and the job search process. Twelve employment characteristics and changing trend of graduates in China are summarized, and some policy suggestions have been raised on the basis of empirical results.
