职业生涯规划决定大学生职业的价值导向,也是大学教育的重要教育任务之一。大学生职业生涯规划教育认识不到位,师资匮乏,形式单一,使大学生职业生涯规划教育面临着严峻的挑战。易班作为大型教育应用型平台,为高校职业生涯规划教育注入了新活力、新元素,如何借助易班这种新型教育平台,改革教育方式,积极推动大学职业生涯规划教育是本文探讨的主要问题。

Career planning determines the value orientation of college students' career and is also one ofthe important education tasks of university education. College students' career planning education is notin place, teachers are scarce, and the form is single, so that the career planning of college students isconfronted with severe challenges. E-class as large education applied platform, career planning educationfor colleges and universities has injected new vitality, new elements. How to use this kind of neweducation platform to reform education mode and actively promote the university career planningeducation is the main problem in this paper.
