摘要
小区业主自治是未来社会管理的必然趋势,当前我国业主自治处于探索阶段,还缺乏相关的自治经验,在自治过程中面临诸多的困境。文章结合贵阳市L小区业主自治的缘起、运行状况和自治过程中面临的困境进行探索,提出可行性的对策分析,希望能从法律法规、政府、业委会、业主和房开等方面得到改善,以期为小区业主自治提供参考建议。
Autonomy of residential property owners is an inevitable trend of future social management. Atpresent, autonomy of owners in China is in an exploratory stage and lacks relevant autonomy experience.Therefore, autonomy is faced with many difficulties. Based on the origin, operation status and autonomyof owner autonomy of L residential area in Guiyang city, the article probes into the difficulties faced inthe process of autonomy and proposes feasible countermeasures to improve the legal and government, inorder to provide reference for community owners autonomy.
