Venture capital is an important driving force to promote the development of the modern economy.The venture capital is mainly used to support the growing high-tech enterprises and stimulate the rapid growth of the national economy.Venture capital plays a very important role in the capital market.Although China′s venture capital has emerged since the1980s,its mode of investment is relatively monotonous and the sources of funds are narrow,and a relatively complete venture capital system has not yet been formed so far.This article will analyze the problems that arising in the venture capital industry and the impact on technological innovation,and provide some suggestions for the future development of venture capital in China based on the actual situation.
