Having described the scope of application and division of responsibilities of the operational safety analysis(JSA)in power plant production,elaborated the preparation process of the JSA,identified the correct division of tasks into several working steps by means of a comprehensive analysis of the work environment and hazards involved in the operation,identified possible injuries and hazards associated with the implementation of the work steps and developed emergency control measures for those injuries and hazards,apply JSA to job site to reduce the risk to acceptable range and ensure safe production.
