摘要
结合江西某矿区的造斜钻孔的设计和施工过程,对螺杆钻具造斜技术的工作原理、施工工艺、施工步骤及注意事项等进行简介。该技术凭借结构简单、易损件少、工作可靠及对地层适应性较强等特点在地质勘探定向钻孔和油气定向井工程中应用十分广泛,是实现钻孔纠斜、定向钻进理想的机具,对提高钻探精度、提高找矿效率、降低钻探废孔率效益明显。
In this paper,the working principle,construction technology,construction steps and precautions of the screw drill are introduced by means of the design and construction of a directional hole in a mining area in Jiangxi Province.Screw drill has the characteristics of simple structure,less wearing parts,reliable work and strong adaptability to strata.This technology is widely used in geologic prospecting directional drilling and oil-gas directional well engineering.This technology can improve the drilling precision,improve the efficiency of prospecting and reduce the efficiency of drilling waste hole.
