摘要
新建电力工程项目作为周期长、投资大的工程建设项目,其建设成本的控制应根据计价的特性,在不同的阶段确定不同的控制重点,本文结合分宜电厂2×660 MW扩建项目建设,通过优化各项工程管理工作,阐述如何从投资决策、工程设计优化、项目招标、合同管理、施工管理、竣工结算等各个环节实现对工程建设成本的全过程控制,为指导我厂节约工程建设成本发挥重要作用。
The new power project as a long cycle,large investment projects,the construction cost control should be based on the valuation of the characteristics in different stages,determine the control key is different,this combination of Fenyi power plant2×660MW expansion project construction project management work through the optimization,elaborated how the investment decision,engineering design optimization,project bidding,contract management,construction management and final settlement of all aspects of the whole process control of construction cost.It plays an important role in guiding our factory to save the cost of engineering construction.
