Analyzing and Treatment of Mixed Bed Resin Catcher Leakage by 600 Supercritical Unit

在凝结水泵定期试运过程中,精处理混床树脂捕捉器突然暴漏,造成机组险些停运的严重后果。树脂捕捉器暴漏的原因主要是管道积气、超压运行、材料工艺缺陷,通过优化凝泵定期试运的操作、更换树脂捕捉器密封垫片、加装安全阀等措施,解决树脂捕捉器暴漏问题,为同类机组的凝结水泵试运提供可借鉴的办法。

During the regular test of the condensate pump,the sudden leaking of fine treatment for mixed bed resin catcher narrowly caused the unit stop running.The reasons of resin trap sudden leakage mainly included tube pneumatosis,overpressure operation,material process defects.By taking measures to optimizing the condensate pump start-up operation on a regular basis,replacement resin trap sealing gasket,equipped with safety relief valve,to solve the problem of resin trap sudden leakage.It provided referential the start-up of the condensate pump of the similar unit.
