摘要
分宜发电厂#9机组为1×330 MW循环流化床机组。该机组的播煤风系统接自锅炉的热二次风,长期运行以来播煤风压力偏低,无法将煤粉顺利送入炉膛,锅炉燃烧不稳定。通过改造后,将播煤风从热一次风母管接入,播煤风压力和温度均能满足机组要求,改造后机组运行平稳。
#9unit of Fenyi power plant is a330MW circulating fluidized bed unit.The spreading coal air is connected with the boiler's secondary hot air,and the pressure of the secondary hot air is low since the long-term operation,so the pulverized coal can't be sent into the bolier furnace smoothly,and the combustion of the boiler is unstable.After the optimization retrofit,the coal breeze is transferred from the heat primary air pipe,and the wind pressure and temperature of the coal can meet the requirements of the unit,and the operation of the unit is stable after the optimization.
