摘要
辽宁东方发电有限公司2号炉微油点火系统火焰检测装置运行中出现火焰信号显示不完全准确,不能安全、稳定地投入微油点火系统的问题,经过分析、研究,将原热电阻DHJ型火焰检测器及其控制单元改为CS-03火焰检测系统,改造后,能准确地显示炉膛内的火焰情况,在锅炉启停和燃烧状况差时及时投入微油点火系统,希望能为相关单位提供一些借鉴。
Liaoning east power Co.,Ltd.No.2boiler micro oil ignition system flame detection device in flame signal display is not entirely accurate,not safe and stable into micro oil ignition system,through analysis,research,the thermal resistance of DHJ type flame detector and control unit for CS-03flame detection system,transformation after,can accurately show the flame conditions inside the furnace,in a boiler start stop and combustion status difference and invested in micro oil ignition system,hoping to provide a reference for relevant units.
