大数据在大学生精准志愿服务方面具有重要作用:促进志愿服务实现精准服务和精心服务、精确决策和精细管理、精准指导和紧密共享、精细反馈和精准评估等,从而有效解决当前大学生志愿服务方面存在的问题:服务质量和服务效果不显著、服务组织和服务策划不周全、服务协作和服务共享不成熟、服务评价和服务反馈不完善等。开展和创新大学生志愿服务,就要运用大数据相关系统指导精准志愿服务活动的开展、实现精细志愿服务管理、提供精确志愿服务资源、助力精密志愿服务评估。

Big data plays an important role in college students’accurate volunteer service.By strengthening volunteer service to achieve accurate service and meticulous service,accurate decision-making and meticulous management,precise guidance and close sharing,refined feedback and accurate assessment,it can effectively solve the existing problems of college students’volunteer service,for instance,service quality and service effectiveness are not significant,service organization and service planning are not comprehensive,service collaboration and service sharing are immature,service evaluation and service feedback are imperfect.The development and innovation of college students’volunteer service,will use large data correlation system to guide the launching of accurate volunteer service activities,to achieve refined volunteer service management,provide accurate volunteer service resources and help to make accurate volunteer service evaluation.
