摘要
在刀盘表面堆焊耐磨材料是保护刀盘母体结构、解决刀盘磨损的关键措施之一,由于盾构施工过程中表面磨损程度无法测量,因此需要对刀盘耐磨结构进行磨损程度预测和可靠性评估,预测刀盘能够达到的最大掘进里程。通过分析耐磨堆焊层的性能退化数据,并引入堆焊层的性能退化分布规律假设,建立可靠度模型;对退化量分布参数进行拟合,得到耐磨结构的可靠度与掘进里程关系的近似表达式,结果表明可通过刀盘可靠性评估预测刀盘耐磨结构的剩余掘进里程,实例中某型盾构刀盘的最大掘进里程在3.947 5~4.313 km之间。该研究也可用于盾构其他关键部件的可靠性评估。
Welding the surface of cutterhead with hardfacing materials is one of the key measures to protect its main struc-ture and solve wearing problem.The degree of wear can not be measured in the shield construction process,so predicting the degree of wear and evaluating the reliability of cutterhead hardfacing are needed in order to predict the maximum mile-age that the cutterhead can excavate.Through analyzing the degradation data of hardfacing and introducing the assumption of performance degradation distribution,the reliability model was established.Fitting the degradation distribution parame-ters,the approximate expressions between hardfacing reliability and excavating mileage were confirmed.The results showed that the residual excavating mileage could be predicted with cutterhead reliability evaluation,while the maximum excavating mileage of a shield cutterhead was in the range of 3.947 5~4.313 km.The study could also apply to the reliability evalua-tion of other key components of the shield.
