摘要
结合引汉济渭岭北工程TBM施工段同步衬砌施工实例,介绍了在TBM法施工的隧洞中,采用四轨三线制轨道模式下,通过优化轨道运行线路及合理使用浮动道岔,实现在不影响TBM正常掘进的情况下,如何有效组织衬砌混凝土的快速运输、浇筑施工同时保证其他来往有轨运输机车编组的通行畅通,实现真正意义上的TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工,为今后同类项目的施工提供借鉴。
Combined with the synchronous lining construction example of TBM construction section in the water diversion from Hanjiang to Weihe River Project,this paper is based on optimizing rail operating circuit and reasonably using floated turnout in constructing tunnel by TBM under four railed three-wire system,it makes an introduction on how to effectively or-ganize the fast transportation and pouring construction of lining concrete while ensuring the unimpeded pass of other railcars without affecting the normal tunnelling of TBM.As a result,the real synchronous construction in conjunction with TBM tun-nelling and secondary lining is realized,which could provide a reference for construction of similar projects in future.
