绿地系统规划精细化调控--居民日常游憩型绿地布局研究

Green Space System Planning Fine Regulation——Research on the Layout of Daily Recreational Green Space

服务于居民日常游憩的绿地与人们社会生活联系愈加紧密,然而绿地布局在数量、布局结构上出现了一些不能满足需求等问题。由于绿地规模存量有限,试图探究如何利用绿地功能分级、分类、分片区来满足居民日常游憩,引导规划者更加关注规划的社会维度,关注居民的实际游憩行为活动,关注绿地的空间布局。提出了日常游憩型绿地的概念,研究的主要对象是供居民日常游憩的绿地,包括居民使用率较高的居住区公园、小区游园。从城市绿地系统规划与指导城市控制性详细规划的编制层面,系统分析目前绿地系统规划的方法在日常游憩型绿地布局方面的缺陷,结合服务面积比率等空间衡量指标,提出相应的解决策略和规划导向,使绿地布局更好地满足居民的日常游憩需求。

The green space serving the daily recreation of residents has contacted with people's social life even more closely.However,there are some problems of the green space layout that the quantity,area and layout structure can't meet our needs.Because the scale and amount of green space are limited,so this article tries to research how to meet the daily recreational needs of resident by grading,classifying and separating different function of green space.As a result,this article would guide planners to pay close attention to the functional and social dimension of planning,to the people's actual recreational activity and to the green space layout.And then this article put forward the concept of daily recreational green space.The object it research on is the green space which serves resident's daily recreation,including residential park and community garden.From the level of comprehensive plan of urban green space system and guiding relative urban regulatory plan,this article systematically analyzes the defect of the idea and method of current urban green space system planning when planning the recreational green space.Meanwhile,by introducing indicators such as service area ratio,this article would propose related strategies and planning guidance to enable the layout of green space to better satisfy residents'daily recreation.
