摘要 目的设计一种基于光伏发电技术的新型电热防寒服,可实现自发电供暖和智能化温度控制。方法针对高原高寒地域光照充足的环境特点,采用柔性太阳能电池板、充电锂电池、柔性电热片,通过温度传感器反馈实时温度,应用单片机脉宽调制技术实现温度精确控制,从而将太阳能转换为热能用于防寒供暖。结果通过测试,本系统能够充分利用太阳能持续供暖,可实现实时智能温度控制。结论本系统可有效解决人们在野外无源环境下的抗寒取暖问题,有望为高原高寒地区野外长时间作业人员抗寒取暖提供一种新装备。 Objective This research aimes to design a new type of electric heating clothing based on photovoltaic power generation technology,which can realize self-generating heating and intelligent temperature control.Methods Considering the abundant sunlight of the alpine region,this research was capable of converting solar energy to heat energy for heating,using the flexible solar panel,the rechargeable lithium battery and the flexible electric heater.The temperature sensor fed back to the current temperature and the pulse width modulation technology was used to control the temperature precisely.Results According to our test,this system could make full use of solar energy for continuous heating,and real-time intelligent temperature control could be carried out.Conclusion The system is able to solve the heating problem of people without the source in the wild effectively,and it is expected to provide new equipment for the heating of workers in the plateau cold region.
