儿科肿瘤随访平台的设计与实现

Construction and Application of Pediatric Tumor Follow-Up Platform

目前儿科肿瘤呈高发状态,对儿科患者的跟踪随访缺少一个系统性的方法和工具。本文通过对肿瘤病人及其随访资料进行系统化和规范化的收集、整理和分析,构建一套适用于临床的儿科随访平台。根据医院的实际工作需求,应用Microsoft Visual Studio作为开发工具,Microsoft SQL Server 2008作为数据库管理工具,开发基于C/S模式、通过TCP/IP协议通信、Microsoft SQL Server ADO访问数据库的儿科肿瘤患者随访管理系统。利用随访平台规范肿瘤病人的随访工作,对于提高肿瘤诊疗水平和科研效率有很大的促进。

At present,there is no systematic methods and tools for follow-up visits to pediatric patients on the situation of the rapidly increase of pediatric tumor.A set of pediatric follow-up platform which adapted to clinical use was constructed by collecting,arranging and analyzing the tumor patients follow-up data systematically and normatively.The pediatric tumor follow-up platform was designed according to the actual work of the hospital requirements,using Microsoft Visual Studio as a development tool,As the database management tools,Microsoft SQL Server 2008 was designed based on C/S mode,through the TCP/IP protocol communications,Microsoft SQL Server ADO database access.It is helpful to improve the level of tumor diagnosis and treatment and the efficiency of scientific research by using the platform to regulate the follow-up of tumor patients.
