摘要
为了进一步改善医院医疗服务水平,提高患者满意度,我院通过信息化方法,在本市范围内率先建设了"住院自助一体化服务"平台。本研究通过优化住院登记办理流程,设计电子住院登记单,实现患者信息采集,住院预交费用自动生成等功能,进而完成"住院自助一体化服务"平台建设。该平台有利于提高患者满意度,改善医患关系。
In order to improve the hospital medical service level,and to improve patient satisfaction,through the informationization method,our hospital has been the first one to build the“self-service integration service”platform in the city.In this study,the procedure of hospitalization registration was optimized,the electronic inpatient registration form was designed,the patient information was collected,and the prepayment of hospitalization was automatically generated.Then the“in-hospital self-service integration service”platform construction was completed.The platform can improve patient satisfaction and improve doctor-patient relationship.
