摘要
目的对我院的大型医疗设备进行绩效考评。方法总结以往我院实行大型医疗设备绩效评价工作的经验,从经济效益、社会效益、配置效率、工作效率、规范使用等5个方面出发,构建了绩效评价体系,其中重要的指标包括实际使用中是否达到了申请购置时预测的使用率,设备功能是否完全开发利用,设备的投资回收期等。结果选取了10大类17台套设备进行了实际测评,设备考核合格率100%,优秀率35%,良好以上的设备占88%。结论根据绩效评价结果分析了院内大型设备的使用现状,提出了医院在设备使用中面临的问题及解决方案,提升了医院的设备管理水平。
Objective To evaluate the performance of large medical equipment in our hospital.Methods The performance evaluation system was constructed from five aspects:economic benefit,social benefit,allocation efficiency,work efficiency and standard usage.Among them,the actual use rate,the equipment fully functional development and equipment investment payback period were the important indicators.Results Ten kinds(17 sets)of medical devices were selected for the actual evaluation.The results showed that the qualified rate of the equipment was 100%,the excellence rate was 35%,and the good equipment accounted for 88%.Conclusion The present situation of the large equipment in our hospital was analyzed according to the results of performance evaluation,and the problems and solutions in the use of the equipment were proposed,which was conducive to improving hospital equipment management level.
