广州市番禺区九项呼吸道感染病原体免疫球蛋白M抗体结果分析

Analysis of immunoglobulin M antibodies to nine pathogens of respiratory tract infection in panyu district of Guangzhou

目的了解广州市番禺区呼吸道感染患者9项呼吸道感染病原体免疫球蛋白M(IgM)抗体检出的阳性比例及呼吸道病原体感染与季节、年龄的关系。方法采用间接免疫荧光法对3 826例呼吸道感染患者进行9种非典型病原体血清IgM抗体联合检测,对阳性病例进行回顾性临床分析。结果 3 826例患者阳性率为58.96%(2 256例),九项呼吸道病原体Ig M抗体检出率最高为肺炎支原体(MP),占56.80%(2 173例),其次是副流感病毒1、2和3型(PIV),占4.78%(183例);一年四季中,阳性率最高是春季,其次是夏季;统计的4个年龄组中,1~18岁的阳性率最高,为73.51%。结论在本区中,呼吸道感染症状的患者,特别是在春夏季节的未成年患者,应尽早进行9项呼吸道感染病原体IgM抗体检测,为临床的诊断和治疗提供重要的参考依据,避免抗生素的滥用。

Objective To investigate the positive proportion of immunoglobulin(Ig)M antibodies detected bypathogens in nine respiratory tract infections in Panyu District,Guangzhou,and the relationship between the respiratorytract pathogens and the season and age.Methods A total of3826patients with respiratory tract infection were examinedby indirect immunofluorescence.The serum IgM antibody was detected by9kinds of atypical pathogens.The positive caseswere analyzed retrospectively.Results The positive rate of3826patients was58.96%(2256cases),The detection rateof IgM antibody in nine respiratory pathogens was the highest in mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP),accounting for56.80%(2173cases),followed by parainfluenza virus type1and2(PIV),accounting for4.78%(183cases);Throughout theyear,the highest positive rate was spring,followed by summer;Four age groups in the statistics,the highest positive rateof1-18years old,was73.51%.Conclusion In this area,patients with respiratory tract infection symptoms,especially inthe spring and summer of the minor patients,should be as early as possible nine infectious pathogens IgM antibodydetection for clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide an important reference,to avoid antibiotics abuse
