摘要
该文针对某发射车液压系统数字阀步进电机异常反转现象,分析了故障原因;重点结合液压系统原理、数字阀结构和步进电机控制模式,从理论上定量解释了故障机理,对后续系统设计具有指导意义。
Abstract:In the paper,analyze the cause of abnormal reverse failure of rotation digital valve step motor of the hydraulic system of a launcha vehicle.Through analysis the hydraulic system of a launcha vehicle、the digital valve structural and the control mode of step motor,theoreticall yexplained Mechanical of abnormal reverse failure.The analysis and conclusion can give us guidance when designing hydraulic system.
