摘要
某压气站无油螺杆式空压机由于高压转子抱死造成一级排气温度超高致空压机停机。经分析,高压转子部分特氟龙涂层脱落和两端轴承振动过大存在磨损是高压转子抱死的主要原因。通过改造后置过滤器滤芯固定杆、增加反吹气压力开关、空压机通讯升级、缩短盘车周期等有效的改进措施,提高空压机运行稳定性。
The primary exhaust temperature of an oil-free screw air compress in a nature gas transmission station was too high to shut down because high pressure rotor braked.The main reason of high pressure rotor braking is that part of teflon coating fall off and vibration of bearings were too seriously.After some modification works,the stability of air compressor was improved,such as increasing fixed links of post filter element,adding pressure switch of blowback air,upgrading communication system of air compressor,shortening the running cycle of air compressor.
