Study on Enhance the Reliability of the Hydraulic Hose Assembly for Off Shore Crane

在液压系统中,一个非常重要的组成部件就是液压胶管总成。液压胶管总成运行的可靠性与否,直接关系着整个液压系统的顺畅运行,一旦液压胶管总成出现问题,都可能造成重大安全质量事故。该文着眼于笔者本人的工作实际,在实际工作中,分析可能造成液压胶管系统总成出现问题的影响因素,并结合工作实际,提出改善液压胶管可靠性的措施和建议。

In the hydraulic system,the very important component is the hydraulic hose assembly.Hydraulic hose assembly reliability or not,is directly related to the smooth operation of the entire hydraulic system,once the hydraulic hose assembly problems,may result in major safety and quality accidents.This paper focuses on the author's actual work,in actual work,analyzes the factors which may cause the problem of the hydraulic hose system assembly,and puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the reliability of the hydraulic hose.
