摘要
机械手拥有灵活的运动结构,可以在控制系统控制下完成复杂的运动,从而实现高效率的自动化生产方式,因而成为发展工业生产技术的重要方向。气动技术和单片机技术已相当成熟,工业应用广泛,该文将基于单片机技术,设计一套气动机械手系统,使其能够实现物料搬运的目的,并对该机械手的机械结构和运动方式进行了详细的设计说明,并由此进行了单片机控制系统元器件的选择、控制电路的设计以及程序设计流程的规划。
The manipulator has a flexible structure,which can control the system to complete the complex movement,so achieve efficient automated production,which has become an important direction of the development of industrial production technology.Microcontrollers has been quite mature,widely.This paper will be based on the microcontrollers technology,design a set of pneumatic manipulator system,which can achieve the purpose of material handling,and the motion of the manipulator structure and movement mode in detail,on this basis,the key of the design of microcomputer control system the control circuit and program are described.
