摘要
针对冷轧AGC油缸在使用过程中失效出现的问题,通过对AGC油缸失效原因的分析,揭示了AGC油缸失效的本质原因在于油封失效、缸体、活塞、活塞杆的磨损。同时对AGC油缸修复技术要求、重要参数的检测和尺寸精度的恢复,并提出解决方案和检测方案。
According to the cold rolling AGC cylinder failure problems in use process,analysis reveals the AGC cylinder failure due to the nature of oil seal,piston and cylinder,piston rod wear.At the same time,in order to repair AGC cylinder,some important parameters of detection and the recovery of dimensional precision,and solutions and detection scheme is put forward.
