新型水压变量泵及其水压缸设计

摘要 提出了一种采用油压元件控制水压缸,使水压缸往复运动实现吸水、排水的新型水压变量泵。而水压缸是该水压缸变量泵重要元件,在整个结构中所占质量较大。为了实现结构轻量化的思想,通过ANSYS Workbench建立了水压缸的有限元模型,并在水压缸的极限工况下,对其进行模态分析和静力学分析。在保证刚度、强度满足设计要求下,不仅减轻了机构的质量,还提高了水压缸的固有频率,有效地避免了共振的产生,为水压泵系统中其他机构的优化提供了参考。 Puts forward a kind of the new type water hydraulic variable pump which adopts the hydraulic components to control the water hydraulic cylinder and makes the hydraulic cylinder reciprocating motion to realize water absorption and water-repellent.The hydraulic cylinder is an important element in the water hydraulic variable pump which accounts for a large part of the quality in the whole structure.In order to realize the lightweight structure,finite element model of the hydraulic cylinder was established by ANSYS Workbench,and at the limit of the hydraulic cylinder,the modal analysis and static mechanics analysis on it.Under guarantee the stiffness and strength meet the design requirements,not only reduce the quality of the agency,also increased the natural frequency of the hydraulic cylinder,effectively avoid the resonance,optimization for hydraulic pump system in other institutions to provide the reference.
