摘要
管路数字化成型技术在液压系统中使用,具有生产效率高、管路成型精度高、产品一致性和互换性好、便于实现自动化生产等优点。该文通过分析影响管路数字化成型和成型精度的因素,介绍了保证最小直线距离、角度回弹补尝、精确下料及弯曲半径标准化等液压管路成型方法,并在多个型号液压系统中应用验证,取得了良好效果。
The pipeline digital forming technology is used in the hydraulic system,which has the advantages of high production efficiency,high precision of pipeline formation,good consistency and interchangeability,and easy to realize automatic production.In this paper,by analyzing the factors affected the accuracy of digital pipeline forming and molding,we guarantee many methods minimum linear distance and angle rebound,accurate and standardized such as hydraulic pipe bending radius forming method,and application in the multiple models of hydraulic system authentication,has obtained the good effect.
