一种大型飞机液压系统新型取样阀的设计研究

Design and Research of a New Sampling Valve for Large Aircraf Hydraulic System

基于对目前大型飞机液压系统中液压油取样形式的分析,思考了取样的必要性和目前取样阀取样存在的些许不足,提出了一种新型取样阀的设计思路。此种取样阀相比较以往的取样阀,具有操作方便、取样准确、随时在线取样的特点。

Based on the analysis of the sampling form of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system of large aircraft,the necessity of sampling and the deficiency of sampling valve sampling are discussed.A new design idea of sampling valve is put forward.Compared with the previous sampling valve,this sampling valve has the advantages of convenient operation,accurate sampling and on-line sampling at any time.
