摘要
本文的研究基于格里森齿制的接触区啮合原理和三坐标检测技术,利用Gleason弧齿锥齿轮设计软件和机床,采用齿面接触分析(Advance TCA)方法和优化测齿参数的方法对实际接触区与理论设计不相符的问题进行优化调整,为格里森齿制的弧齿锥齿轮在实际设计和生产加工过程中接触区优化问题提供有效的优化方法。
The research of this paper is based on the meshing principle of contact area made by Gleason and coordinate detection technology.The Gleason spiral bevel gear design software and machine tool are used.Using the method of tooth contact analysis(Advance TCA)and the method of optimizing tooth parameters,the problems that the actual contact area does not accord with the theoretical design are optimized and adjusted,to provide an effective method for the contact area optimization of Gleason spiral bevel gear in design and production process.
