随着铁路货车不断朝高速、重载方向发展,新造货车质量要求越来越高,尤其是制动装置的可靠性。在批量生产过程中,发生制动装置零部件错、漏装,专检人员也未发现时,极易造成车辆带病出厂,给车辆的运行埋下安全隐患。本文就如何在流水线生产模式下的制动装置组装工序如何执行好三检制度,从而保证新造铁路货车的制动性能可靠,简单进行了阐述。

With the continuous development of railway wagons towards high speed and overloading,the quality requirements of newly built wagons are getting higher and higher,especially the reliability of braking devices.In the process of mass production,if there appears the wrong and missing equipment of brake parts and the special inspection staff have not found,it is extremely easy to cause the sick vehicle out the factory and lay a safety hazard for the operation of the vehicle.In this paper,how to implement a three-check system in brake assembly process in a pipeline production mode so as to ensure reliable and simple braking performance of a newly built railway truck is described.
