不同节育方式对计划生育的影响

The influence of different sterilization methods for family planning

目的探讨分析6种节育方式的避孕效果及不良反应,为计划生育节育避孕提供有效的临床依据。方法选取2016年1月~2016年10月妇产科育龄妇女240例,将其分为宫内节育器组、输卵管结扎组、皮下埋线组、药物避孕组、避孕套(女用)组、安全期避孕组,每组40例。对6组进行临床观察与问卷调查,分析采用不同节育措施后的避孕有效率、不良反应及妇科炎症发生率。结果输卵管结扎术的有效避孕率最高(100%),其次是宫内节育器(92.5%),安全期有效避孕率最差(80%),各组节育措施的避孕率比较,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全期避孕不良反应及妇科炎症发生率最低,与其他5组比较,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同的计划生育节育方式对育龄妇女的危害较小,各种方式均有利弊,临床根据实际情况选择,其对计划生育的顺利推进具有重要的意义。

Objective To compare and analyze the contraceptive effect and untoward effect of six commonly used birth control measures in order to provide an effective clinical analysis for birth control.Methods200obstetrics women of childbearing age in our hospital from Jannuary2016to October2016were selected and divided into IUD group,tubal ligation group,Subcutaneously embedded wire group,medical contraception group,condoms(female)group,safe period contraception group,40cases in each group.Clinical observation and questionnaire survey were conducted in women of6groups,contraceptive rate,side-effect and gynecologic inflammation after birth control was analyzed.Results The highest contraceptive rate was the tubal ligation group(100%),the second was the IUD group(92.5%),the last was the safe period contraception group(80%).Contraceptive rate among six group was compared with statistical difference(P<0.05).Safe period contraceptive group had the lowest untoward effective rate and side-effect than the other five groups,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Different way of family planning birth control for women of child-bearing age herself has no greater harm,advantages and disadvantages of various ways are clinical choose according to actual situation,which is vital to the successful promotion of the family planning.
