不同雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的效果对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察小儿哮喘患者采用不同雾化吸入方式治疗效果。方法选取在2015年~2016年度诊治的112例哮喘患儿,按照入院先后顺序平均分成对照组和观察组,入院较早的患儿设为对照组,采用超声雾化吸入治疗,入院较晚的患儿设为观察组,采用空气压缩泵式雾化吸入治疗,观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的整体效果明显优于对照组;治疗前两组患儿肺功能指标相比没有明显差异,治疗后观察组肺功能指标改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组;对照组不良反应发生率明显高于观察组。结论采用空气压缩泵式雾化吸入方式对哮喘患儿进行治疗,效果显著。 Objective To observe the effect of different inhalation therapy in children with asthma.Methods A total of112asthmatic children diagnosed and treated from2015to2016were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.The children admitted earlier were assigned as the control group.The patients were admitted to the hospital with ultrasonic atomization inhalation.Evening children were defined as the observation group,the use of compressed air pump inhalation therapy,observation of treatment.Results The overall effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment,and the improvement of pulmonary function indexes in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group after treatment.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group.The overall effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of asthmatic children with air compression pump inhalation is effective.
