摘要
总供给层面经济效率的提高能够为经济增长动力转换提供有力保障。本文通过PVAR模型来研究新疆五大经济区地方财政支出对经济效率、周边经济效率的动态影响,在区域差异分析的基础上进一步得出地方财政支出对于区域内经济增长动力转换具有重要作用。
The improvement of the economic efficiency of the aggregate supply level can provide a powerful guarantee for the transition of the economic growth momentum.The paper studies the dynamic influence of the fiscal expenditure on the economic efficiency and peripheral economic efficiency by establishing PVAR model of five major economic zones in Xinjiang.Based on the analysis on the regional differences,the paper further draws the conclusion that the local fiscal expenditure plays an important role in the transition of the regional economic growth momentum.
