The Reflection on the Construction of Green Finance Development System in China under the Perspective of the Law

本文通过对我国绿色金融相关政策及制度的梳理,从法规政策视角分析了我国绿色金融发展过程中所面临的问题,并提出了相关政策建议。

Based on reviewing related policies and systems of China’s green finance,the paper analyzes problems in the process of the development of China’s green finance from the legal perspective,and puts forward related policy and legal advice.
