Based on the background that China has been enlarging the opening up of the financial industry to the outside world,the paper deeply analyses the main prudential supervision measures of foreign Banks in the United States,summarizes its supervision idea,and puts forward some policy recommendations on raising the level of China’s prudential supervision on foreign-funded banks.
