供给侧结构性改革背景下农村金融改革发展策略研究——以陕西省渭南市为例

A Research on the Development Strategy of the Rural Financial Reform under the Background of Supply-side Structural Reform——A Case of Weinan City in Shaanxi Province

如何深入有效地推进农村金融改革,为供给侧结构性改革,特别是为农业供给侧结构性改革,提供更强的支撑和更大的助力,是当前金融部门亟待解决的重要课题。本文立足陕西省传统农业大市—渭南市的农村金融改革发展现状,通过实地调查、座谈走访、问卷调查等,基于供给侧改革角度,对当前农村金融改革发展策略进行了研究探讨。

It is an important topic at present for the financial sector to solve that how to deeply and effectively promote the rural financial reform so as to provide stronger support for supply-side structural reform,especially for the supply-side structural reform in agricultural area.Based on the situation of the rural financial reform in the traditional agricultural city--Weinan city,the paper studies the development strategy of the current rural financial reform based on the perspective of the supply-side structural reform through the field investigation,informal discussion and questionnaire survey.
