基于本外币一体化视角的跨境人民币政策框架研究

The Research on the Policy Framework of Cross-border RMB in the View of the Integration of Local And Foreign Currency

随着人民币国际化的推进和跨境人民币规模的快速增大,实施本外币一体化监管变得愈发重要和急迫。本文对跨境人民币政策演进和业务现状进行了分析梳理,对现行本外币政策差异和问题进行了对比研究,提出了下一步完善跨境人民币政策框架和人民币国际化推进路径的相关建议。

With the advancing of the internationalization of RMB and the rapid increase of cross-border RMB scale,it has become more and more important and urgent to implement the integrated supervision on local and foreign currency.The paper analyzes the evolution of current situation of the cross-border RMB policy,compares the difference and problems of current local and foreign currency policy,and puts forward some advice on futher improving the policy framework of Cross-border RMB and advancing the path of RMB internationalization.
